b. Under ANALYSIS – PRICING
i. Make the Extended Estimate checkbox the default and remove the Average checkbox as a default
ii. Show a total of the extended estimate at the top of the column (project estimate)
iii. Compare the bid prices for the various companies to the estimate, not to the low bidder. Show the % above/below the estimate for each bid, not the relationship to the low bidder.
