c. In all cases, once a bid is closed, show the bidders from left to right in order of low bid to high. Do not list them alphabetically. For example, on the ANALYSIS – QUESTIONS tab, the bidders are listed alphabetically but on the PRICING tab, they are listed in order of bid amount.
